Corporate customers
Applicability
This return and refund policy applies only to agreements entered into between BioNoventa and professional or business customers (B2B). Private consumers (B2C) are excluded from this policy and are referred to the consumer return policy.
Right of withdrawal excluded
In accordance with the legal provisions on contracts between companies, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Return shipments will be accepted only with the prior written consent of BioNoventa, and under the conditions described below.
Return conditions
Returns will be processed only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The return request is made within 30 calendar days of delivery;
- The products are in undamaged, unused condition and packed in the original, unopened packaging;
- The return shall be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or invoice;
- The customer has previously contacted BioNoventa in writing and obtained a return authorization.
Exclusions
The following product categories are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Products with limited shelf life or temperature-sensitive products (such as peptides in solution);
- Customized, personalized or specially ordered products;
- Items returned opened, damaged or incomplete;
- Hygienic or pharmaceutical products whose seal has been broken;
- Digital downloads or electronic deliveries;
- Gift certificates.
Reimbursement and processing
If all return conditions are met and the return is accepted after inspection, BioNoventa will proceed to refund (in part or in full), at its sole discretion, within a period of 14 business days.
Refunds will be made via the same payment method as at the time of purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Processing costs, administration costs or shipping costs may be deducted.
Shipping Responsibility
The customer bears full responsibility and cost for returning the products, including shipping and packaging costs.
BioNoventa is not liable for loss or damage incurred during return shipping. The customer is expressly advised to use a trackable shipping method with insurance option.
Exchanges and Defects
Exchanges of products are only possible if the delivered product is defective upon receipt or does not conform to the order. The customer must report such defects to BioNoventa in writing no later than five (5) business days after receipt, accompanied by photos and/or supporting documents.
Upon determination of a justified defect, the product will be replaced or credited, at BioNoventa’s discretion.
