3) Restrictions and Prohibited Applications
Prohibited: internal or external use in humans or animals; compounding for clinical application; self-medication or redistribution to patients; cosmetic or culinary use; use outside controlled research settings; animal testing without approved ethical permits.
No consumer resale. Redistribution to third parties is only permitted if fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations and contractual conditions.
4) Buyer Qualification and Safe Handling
For qualified professionals only. Purchase and handling are intended for qualified researchers/laboratories with appropriate facilities, procedures (SOPs), and training.
Age and authority. Buyer confirms being of legal age and authorized to acquire and use such materials.
Safety and PPE. Handle in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP): wear appropriate personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles, lab coat), avoid aerosol formation, and ensure proper waste disposal according to local rules.
5) Quality, Storage, and Stability
Research-grade. Specifications (purity, identity) are provided solely for research purposes.
Storage/handling. Strictly follow the specified storage conditions (e.g., temperature, light, moisture) and shelf life after opening/reconstitution. Stability may vary; we do not guarantee suitability for any specific purpose.
6) Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
As-is / as-available. Products, documentation, and information are provided βas isβ without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Risk with buyer. The buyer assumes all risks associated with purchase, possession, use, storage, transport, and disposal.
Indirect damages. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages, consequential or incidental damages, loss of profits, reputational harm, third-party claims, or penalties arising from improper or unlawful use.
Indemnification. Buyer indemnifies us against all claims, penalties, and costs resulting from violation of laws, regulations, or contractual obligations by the buyer or its downstream users.
7) Ordering, Delivery, and Customs
Regulations and customs. Buyer is responsible for import permits, customs documentation, and compliance with export/sanctions rules. Seizure by authorities is outside our responsibility.
Returns. Due to the nature of the products, returns are generally not possible, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
8) Intellectual Property & Data
IP rights. All brand names, texts, data, and materials may be protected. No rights are transferred through provision or access.
Information accuracy. We strive for accurate information, but errors or omissions may occur; changes may be made without prior notice.
9) Compliance and Audit
We reserve the right to refuse orders, request additional information, or block accounts if misuse or non-compliance is suspected.
