Delivery Information

Applicable to business customers of BioNoventa

  1. Delivery and destination
    The products offered by BioNoventa are exclusively intended for research purposes and are delivered in sterile packaging, with a shelf life of 24 months after production date, unless otherwise stated. Deliveries are made to the (business) address provided by the customer.
  2. Delivery time
    Orders placed on business days before 3:00 p.m. are usually presented to the carrier, if in stock, within one (1) business day. In-stock or special order products may have a longer delivery time. Delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a deadline, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
  3. Shipping method and costs
    Shipping will be via an external transportation service provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed product prices and are calculated separately during the ordering process.
    After transfer to the carrier, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Delivery is normally made on business days between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. BioNoventa is not liable for delays caused by third parties.
  4. Incorrect or incomplete address
    If the customer has provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, BioNoventa is not responsible for delayed or incorrect delivery. Any additional shipping costs resulting from this are entirely the responsibility of the customer. We ask the customer to contact us as soon as possible at support@BioNoventa.com if an error is detected.
  5. Returns excluded
    Returns are not allowed due to the nature of the products (sterile, temperature sensitive, limited shelf life and for research purposes only). All purchases are binding.
  6. Warranty and Reporting of Defects
    The customer is required to check the delivery immediately upon receipt for visible defects, shipping damage or incompleteness.
    Any complaints should be reported in writing and accompanied by visuals to support@BioNoventa.nl within two (2) business days of delivery. If transport damage or defective delivery is found within the warranty period, BioNoventa will, at its discretion, proceed to replace or redeliver at no charge.
  7. Complaint Procedure
    Complaints about delivery, packaging or quality of products must be motivated and timely (within seven calendar days) reported in writing via the above e-mail address. BioNoventa will try to come to an appropriate solution in consultation with the customer within a reasonable period of time.
  8. Payment methods
    Business customers can complete their order through a number of secure payment methods, including bank transfer, credit card or other available payment options as listed in the web shop checkout process.
